WhoShotCha Photography

Portrait Session Booking

A non-refundable Session Fee of $200 is required to reserve your portrait session.

This retainer covers:

Photographer’s time and creative expertise

Session planning and consultation

Mobile professional studio setup (lighting, camera, and on-location production)

Fully guided portrait session experience

Please note: The session fee does not include images, artwork, or products.

Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payments & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change; however, rates are locked once your session fee is paid

Full payment is due at the time of your ordering appointment

No artwork or digital images will be delivered until paid in full

WhoShotCha Photography is committed to accessibility.

Limited accommodations may be available for qualifying families—please inquire for details.

Session Experience

All sessions are fully guided to ensure natural, relaxed, and professional results.

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time

Bringing agreed wardrobe options

Preparing all participants

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Same-Day Keepsake Prints

During your session, you will select a favorite image for a 4x6 printed keepsake.

These prints are provided on-site and are intended as immediate keepsakes. Final edited images may vary slightly.

Viewing & Ordering Appointment

After your session:

Your images are professionally edited

A guided ordering appointment will be scheduled

At this appointment, you will:

View your final images

Select your favorites

Purchase collections, artwork, and additional images

All purchasing decisions are made during this appointment.

Unpurchased images are not guaranteed to remain available.

Artwork Credit Policy

Artwork credits:

Are non-transferable and hold no cash value

Must be used during your ordering appointment

Cannot be applied to session fees or digital-only purchases unless stated

Unused credits are forfeited.

Digital Images & Usage

Digital images are included only with purchased collections or products.

All images are provided with a personal-use license, allowing:

Printing for personal use

Sharing on social media

Images may not be:

Sold or used commercially

Edited, filtered, or altered in a way that changes the photographer’s style

Editing & Retouching

All images are edited using Adobe Lightroom Classic, ensuring a clean, natural, and timeless look.

This includes:

Color correction

Exposure balancing

Standard image refinement

Advanced retouching is available as an additional service.

Editing style is consistent with the WhoShotCha Photography portfolio.

Products & Delivery

All artwork and printed products are custom-made and non-refundable

Production time is typically 2–4 weeks

Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery

WhoShotCha Photography guarantees quality only on products ordered through the studio.

Archiving & File Retrieval

Images are archived for a limited time.

30–60 days: $25 retrieval fee

60+ days: $50 retrieval fee

Clients are responsible for backing up all digital files after delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session fees are non-refundable

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice

Late reschedules or missed appointments may require a new session fee

If rescheduling is required due to photographer emergency or weather, no additional fee will apply.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of WhoShotCha Photography.

Use is granted for personal purposes only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Model Release

WhoShotCha Photography may use images for:

Portfolio

Website

Social media

Marketing

If you prefer to keep your images private, please submit a written request prior to your session.

Liability

WhoShotCha Photography is not responsible for:

Injury during sessions

Lost or damaged personal items

Uncontrollable circumstances

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Studio Experience

WhoShotCha Photography operates as a mobile full-service photography studio, specializing in custom wall art, albums, and printed artwork for your home.

Most clients choose to invest in collections and artwork following their session.

Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and policies.
